Theater Online: citing the media consultant of the project, the opening ceremony of the show-pantomime “Jump Cut” written and directed by Hamed Nasr abadian was held on Saturday, November 25th, with the presence of Alireza Khamse and Naser Aghaei, 2 veterans of acting and pantomime art, at 18:00 in the Noufel Loshato mansion.
Alireza Khamseh, an actor of cinema, theater and television, said at the beginning of this ceremony: I am very happy to be at your service under the pretext of the gloomy, oppressed and abandoned art of pantomime.
He continued: “Unfortunately, so far, less attention has been paid to this art, and tonight, which is presented and seen through the performance of “Jump Cut” pantomime, should be taken advantage of. Maybe some of the audience have heard the name of mime or pantomime, but They have not seen this art up close and I think this show is an excuse to get to know the art of pantomime up close.
This artist stated: I consider pantomime to be sad because when an artist is withdrawn and not in the center of attention, he will not be in a good mood. Of course, tonight, regardless of the content of “Jump Cut”, the mood of the pantomime will go from sadness to happiness due to the presence of the audience and introduction to them.
Stating that pantomime is as old as the presence of man on earth, Khamse said: From the day when man starts communicating with nature and tries to overcome unknown forces, he uses the art of mime or pantomime to escape from fear. While pantomime is classic, old and old, it is an up-to-date art in sync with advanced arts.
At the end of his speech, he explained: Today, we may have more than 40 types of pantomime and mime art all over the world, all of which originate from the same classical roots of this art, but they have nothing strange with it, an art called mime that is still the old way. And it goes through the old and new arts that have the implementation method of meme but also use the word which is known as the enemy of this art.
Nasser Aghaei, an actor and university lecturer, also said in the continuation of the ceremony: “Jump Cut” is considered a valuable work due to its valuable content, which is the importance of peace.
At the end of his speech, the artist expressed his gratitude to the executive group: Since this show is designed based on pantomime, the audience will get a lot of attention and they will get more concepts from the work.
Next, Alireza Khamse and Naser Aghaei, with the help of pantomime art, symbolically rang the opening bell of this show, “Jump Cut” is a pantomime show in praise of peace, which was dedicated to Iranian women, mothers and children by the executive group.
